How long have you worked at Diamond and what is your role?

I have worked at Diamond for 8 years. My role in the company is to design product and provide internal and external support whenever I can. I'm part of the team that makes the best mowers and attachments in the industry.

What do you like most about working at Diamond?

I enjoy the variety of challenges here, such as finding design solutions and implementing them in an overall product design. I also enjoy other opportunities including working with vendors and internal staff, as well as assisting with training events.

How would you describe the culture at Diamond?

I would describe the culture as relaxed, but goal-oriented and driven.

How has working at Diamond impacted you?

Working at Diamond has impacted me very positively. It has given me experience to work with many different groups and individuals and has helped me develop my skills with both people and machines. These opportunities would not have been possible working somewhere else, and for that, I'm very grateful.
