How It Started

Équipements Emily Canada was founded in 2015 by four partners who shared both a passion for agriculture and a strong family connection as dairy farmers. What began as an opportunity to introduce the French-made Emily brand of agricultural and commercial equipment to the Canadian market quickly grew into a full-fledged dealership. With the brand relatively unknown in Canada at the time, the team worked tirelessly to promote its quality and value.

A major milestone came in 2018 when the company signed an exclusive Canadian distribution agreement for Emily equipment. Building on this success, Équipements Emily Canada expanded their product lines over the years to include Schaeffer loaders, Kärcher washing equipment, Woody forestry products, and Superior Attachments.

The company continued to grow, acquiring a warehouse in 2019 to improve inventory and service capabilities. In 2020, Nicolas, son of main shareholders Sylvie and Marquis, joined full-time to support growth on the English-speaking side of the business, and in 2023, Nicolas’s partner Soraya came on board to provide administrative support. Today, the dealership is proudly run by this close-knit family team.
