Diamond Mowers’ customer Brad Sparkman, owner of a robotic paint shop integration company in Ontario, Canada shares his experience with a Skid-Steer Brush Cutter for vegetation and forestry management for his personal land and property.
Tell us where you’re from?
Brad Sparkman – Owner & President of Innovative Finishing Solutions Inc, but I own the Diamond Skid-Steer Rotary Mower personally for my property/forestry management of my home and property.
What has your experience been with Diamond's Skid-Steer Rotary Mower?
I purchased the Diamond in Spring 2017 and I have done more work in a single weekend than I had done in the previous year. Not only is it fast, but the processed material is mulched quite fine and looks fantastic! I previously had to chainsaw and chip it, which takes a lot of time, energy, and money. With a Diamond, it's fast, efficient, and actually a lot of fun.
Does your Skid-Steer Rotary Mower replace any older equipment?
The Diamond is not necessarily replacing another cutter, although I do have a landscaping brush hog, but it could never do what the Diamond can.
What has your Customer Service experience been like with Diamond?
I have ordered replacement cutting blades from Diamond, and ordered a Lexan windshield and have found the Customer Service people amazing to deal with. Service sells for sure, and Diamond wins in all areas from my experience!
What exactly do you like most about Diamond?
I love the toughness of the Diamond. It's not an inexpensive tool (especially for personal use) however I needed a workhorse that will work when I need it to, not a flimsy tool that is in for another repair. My experience with my Diamond is it's ready to work hard all the time and it is one of the only attachments that I know 100% I can depend on to not let me down! I can't say it enough: GREAT company, awesome products and fantastic customer support!!! Keep it up. You guys are #1.
