Diamond appreciates the people who contribute to our Vision and Values. Meet Janet Jonnes, Accounts Payable and team player extraordinaire.

Janet is part of the Finance Team, and has been handling Accounts Payable for the past six years. With managing Accounts Payable, she receives, processes, and balances invoices and accounts held with Diamond. In her
day-to-day work she takes note of the values displayed by fellow employees. One value she experiences the most is  teamwork.

“It is easy to come to work when you work for a company that puts an emphasis on being a team player. We are hard workers, all working together for one common goal, which makes everything so much easier.”

Janet appreciates how relaxed the work environment is at Diamond, as well as the the respect amongst coworkers. 

"When I have an Accounts Payable issue I am working through or anything else needed to complete my job, my fellow coworkers are always willing to go above and beyond to assist. I'm never treated like I am bothering anyone. Instead, I'm valued in my tasks and deadlines that need their assistance to resolve. The support and respect I feel, is a great asset to any company and gives me confidence in my work."

Janet also shared she enjoys the flexible hours. “It is a benefit I value so much. Life is uncertain, and the support for work and life balance is always evident here at Diamond," said Janet.

Outside of work, you will find Janet enjoying time with her family and friends, which include five delightful grandkids. A surprising fact about Janet: she is a Marvel Movie fan, with Guardians of the Galaxy being her favorite. When asked who inspires her, Janet said without hesitation, her husband. "He is hard-working, levelheaded, has a great attitude, family-oriented, and has a gentle faith."
